At The Earth Essence, we carefully craft every skincare product using premium natural ingredients. We also inspect every order before shipping it. Therefore, you receive fresh, safe, and high-quality products every time you shop with us. Because skincare products are personal care items, we follow a strict hygiene policy.

Returns and Refund

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

However, you can request a replacement or refund if:

You receive a damaged product.
You receive the wrong product.
Your product leaks during shipping.
An item is missing from your order.

Replacement Eligibility

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request quickly, send us:

Your Order ID
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the shipping package
A brief description of the issue

Once we verify the information, we will begin the replacement or refund process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless received damaged)
Products returned without original packaging

Replacement Policy

If your request meets our Return & Refund Policy, we will ship a replacement product within 2–5 business days, depending on product availability.

If the product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

Refund Policy

After we approve your request, we will process your refund through your original payment method.

Most refunds appear within 5–7 business days. However, your bank or payment provider may take additional time.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will transfer the refund to your bank account after verification.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Allergic Reactions

Our products are made using natural and skin-friendly ingredients. However, every skin type is unique.

We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product.

The Earth Essence cannot accept returns or provide refunds for allergic reactions resulting from individual skin sensitivities.
